Vello, as a startup, initially used a cloud ERP system called TradeGecko. This system was limited, only synchronizing with Shopify and managing inventory centrally. A significant challenge was simultaneously handling B2B and B2C businesses, especially since B2B operations had specific requirements not aligned with B2C activities. Issues like dealer price management, a B2B platform, and separating inventory posed substantial challenges.

Within three months, we transitioned to a new system, launching Odoo on January 1, 2020. From then on, Vello managed three distinct sales channels in one integrated system: POS, B2C, and B2B. This integration facilitated sales channel-specific invoicing and taxation, streamlining the accounting processes. B2B customers now use a dedicated platform, enabling online purchases at dealer prices, shipment tracking, and access to past invoices. Additionally, during industry-specific pre-order phases, dealers can select future timeslots for pre-orders for the upcoming year.

Moreover, Vello began utilizing Odoo's serial number function and manufacturing app, maintaining bill of materials and tracking material consumption based on the manufactured finished goods. Odoo aids in timely replenishment by triggering purchase orders for products and manufacturing orders for made-to-stock items, thus preventing stockouts by considering lead times and safety stocks. Furthermore, Vello employs the helpdesk app for customer service inquiries management, integrating all departments from purchasing to after-sales in one system to enhance company efficiency.

Streamlining Global Supply Chains and Omni-Channel Logistics 


Carromco, a leading specialist in professional sports equipment and recreational gaming tables, manages an expansive product portfolio that demands absolute operational precision. Their complex business model requires a unified digital environment to orchestrate a complete supply chain, ranging from global purchasing and inventory management to intricate multi-channel sales. To maintain their market leadership, they needed a sophisticated system capable of handling advanced manufacturing processes, specifically utilizing detailed bills of materials and specialized kits to assemble their diverse range of outdoor and indoor sporting goods.

Veeject has meticulously refined Carromco’s operational core by centralizing all primary business processes within a high-performance Odoo framework. We deployed a robust Manufacturing module that streamlines the production of complex gaming units, ensuring total transparency across the entire supply chain flow. To empower their global retail strategy, we established an advanced omni-channel environment featuring seamless eBay and Amazon integrations. These marketplaces operate through dedicated management applications within Odoo, allowing Carromco to synchronize inventory and orders across all digital storefronts with professional accuracy.


The logistics environment is further enhanced through a professional DPD integration, which enables automatic shipping label printing and accelerates the final fulfillment cycle. By centralizing all financial data within Odoo Accounting, we have provided Carromco with a clear and integrated view of their global performance. This holistic approach to technology and operations, delivered by Veeject, transforms their complex picking and distribution tasks into a seamless, high-efficiency engine primed for international growth.


Mastering Artisan Production and Multi-Channel Subscriptions


Unbound, a premier coffee roaster and reseller, oversees a sophisticated commercial ecosystem that bridges high-volume artisan production with diverse retail and wholesale streams. Their primary challenge involved orchestrating an intricate manufacturing workflow where bulk raw coffee beans are roasted, blended, and processed into specialized grinding levels such as Espresso, Filter, and Cold Brew. To maintain their uncompromising quality standards at scale, the brand required a unified system capable of tracking every stage of production from the initial roast to the final precise grind while simultaneously managing independent digital storefronts for distinct customer segments.


We implemented a robust Odoo architecture that centralizes these complex manufacturing requirements through a specialized Manufacturing module. This professional workflow allows Unbound to manage the entire transformation process of roasting and blending tons of raw beans into precise product variants like French Press or Portafilter with absolute transparency. To facilitate sales, Veeject configured two distinct digital environments: a high-traffic Shopify storefront for B2C retail and an independent Odoo B2B platform for wholesale partners, each operating through its own dedicated management application within the Odoo core.


Beyond production, we empowered Unbound with a versatile Subscription and Rental model that automates recurring revenue for both premium coffee products and high-end machinery. The system elegantly handles the entire lifecycle of these subscriptions, ranging from automatic order regeneration and invoicing to seamless delivery via Sendcloud integration. By synchronizing their complex manufacturing needs with independent sales channels and automated accounting, Veeject has transformed Unbound’s operations into a high-efficiency engine primed for professional growth.

Advancing Retail and Wholesale Excellence for Woom Bikes


Woom, a global leader in high-quality children’s bicycles, oversees a sophisticated commercial ecosystem that demands absolute operational integrity. Their retail architecture centers on a high-performance Shopify integration, where customer orders are directly ingested into a specialized management application within Odoo for rapid processing. Simultaneously, the brand serves its professional partners through a separate B2B e-commerce platform engineered on Odoo, utilizing a dedicated wholesale application to manage complex dealer requirements with total independence.

As a long-term strategic collaborator, Veeject has continuously refined these distinct operational streams, recently spearheading a comprehensive upgrade to Odoo 19 on March 1, 2026. We provide a robust framework for inventory management according to law, ensuring that every stock movement across these two unique sales channels remains transparent and fully compliant. This specialized dual-app architecture empowers Woom to scale both retail and wholesale volumes without compromising administrative precision or operational clarity.


The warehouse environment is further optimized through a custom SelfAWB integration and automatic label printing, enabling a seamless fulfillment cycle from order to delivery. To ensure institutional compliance, we implemented an ANAF integration for e-Invoicing, automating tax reporting and strengthening the brand's professional presence. By perfecting these parallel digital environments, Veeject has transformed Woom’s logistics and sales into a high-efficiency engine primed for international expansion.
